One of the biggest complaints I hear is that people feel their voice is not heard, their problems ignored. They ask why should they be involved in the political process, when, after all the promises politicians make, in the end moneyed special interests win out. Traditional campaigns are metered by how much money they can collect, not by the ideas they bring.

My candidacy is all about changing this situation. I want to represent the people. I want to give the people back their voice. I want to restore democracy. I want to be part of the solution and feel strongly that unless I am doing something to change the current system, I would be no different than any other candidate.
